Benefits
Fuzhou University will offer 130 thousand Chinese Yuan (before tax) as the yearly salary for full-time postdoctoral researchers of science, and 110 thousands Chinese Yuan (before tax) for full-time postdoctoral researchers of management.
The university will provide social insurance, and a dormitory within 60 ㎡for each full-time postdoctoral researcher, but he/she should pay the normal rent. If there is no dormitory available, he/she may rent a flat near the university, for which the university will give 2000 Chinese Yuan (after tax) as the monthly subsidy for the rent.
The university will include the research results of full-time postdoctoral researchers in the performance salary distribution system.
If postdoctoral researchers still stay in the stations after two years, the above-mentioned benefits will be provided by their supervisors.
